- Oversaw a team of six graduate student workers auditing and remediating videos, documents, alt text, navigation, and course structures; developed reusable templates and AI-assisted workflows.
- Redesigned and rebuilt NC State's electronic thesis and dissertation template to support accessible, standards-compliant graduate documents.
